    How does this work? Last year i lost a lot to option and i decided not to play option anymore i dont understand any of the fundementals inoption trades

      If not, try watching some YouTube videos to try and understand the basic concepts first. Then follow some users here to see why they make certain trades. Try using the demo account to trade options first to be safe. Till you know what you're doing. Can follow @OptionsTutor too

      Hmm. There are many strategies out there, so it's a little tough to explain every strategy to you. I myself don't adopt all, but just a few. Do you know what selling/buying puts and calls are? Strike prices and expiry? Intrinsic and extrinsic value of the options?
