My Questions and Suggestions To Tiger Brokers
πππAs Tiger Brokers celebrated its 10th Anniversary in June this year, I am so happy to be part of this wonderful community of Tiger Friends. Over 10 million global users in just 10 years is a phenomenal feat by Tiger Brokers. Tiger Brokers have also won numerous awards - The Best Retail Broker Award 2023, SBR Technology Excellence Award 2024 for its AI powered chatbot TigerGPT and many more to come.
I have some suggestions and questions to Tiger Brokers :
1) Share Trade Feed: Please enable all stocks/ETFs to be shared in the Trade Feed. Currently only stocks/ETFs that are in the White List are allowed to be shared.
2) Comments to posts - There is a 300 word limit for reply to posts. Can this be extended to 1000 words?
3) Please award Tiger Coins for all valid Long Posts/ Articles to Hot Topics. This will encourage more Tiger Friends to share and write more posts.
4) Tiger Stock voucher - Can you bring back larger denomination vouchers that were available previously like USD 88 or SGD 88?
5) Can Tiger Brokers include trading in Bursa Malaysia and London Stock Exchange?
6) More timely award of Tiger Coins for participating Events. I notice that in some cases the Tiger Coins may take quite a while to be awarded.
7) Faster turnaround time for posts to be audited. From my past experience, this may take a few hours.
I am really impressed that Tiger Brokers is continuing to innovate and add new products. I find the TigerGPT function very useful. I like that I can invest in global stocks, ETFs, options, futures, US Treasuries and Funds in just 1 account.
My investing journey with Tiger Brokers started in 2020 and in that time, I have learnt so much from the excellent articles and posts from the experts as well as from my Dear Tiger Friends. I would also like to express my appreciation and gratitude to the hardworking Tiger staff especially @TigerStars @Daily_Discussion @MillionaireTiger @Tiger_comments @CaptainTiger @TigerEvents @Tiger_SG and many others who have made being part of this great Tiger Community so vibrant and rewarding.
