This strategic move underscores investor confidence and enhances financial stability by increasing fixed-rate debt to 70.6%, effectively mitigating interest rate risks.

With a robust portfolio of prime properties, including Hilton Singapore Orchard and OUE Bayfront, OUE Com Reit stands out as a solid investment. The REIT's portfolio includes 1,655 upper upscale hotel rooms and over 2.2 million sq ft of prime office and retail space. Additionally, Hilton is one of my favourite hotels to stay in across the world, adding a personal touch to this investment decision.
