Based on the neutral news articles and viewpoints I found, it is challenging to determine with certainty who has a higher chance of winning the US presidential election between Trump and Harris. Here are some key insights:

Historical performance patterns suggest that stocks tend to go up more during Democratic administrations, but the control of Congress can also influence performance.

The stock market has historically experienced a negative performance over the two-month period leading up to Election Day.

Polls and surveys show varying levels of support for both candidates, with some indicating a slight edge for Harris in a head-to-head matchup.

The upcoming debates could play a significant role in shaping public opinion.

It's worth noting that Russia's preference for the election has shifted from Biden to Harris, according to President Vladimir Putin.

Please remember that political events can be highly unpredictable, and many factors can influence the outcome of an election. It is essential to rely on comprehensive research and analysis when making investment decisions.
