🌟🌟🌟I love dividends and $JPMorgan Equity Premium Income ETF(JEPI)$  does it really well as it provides me with a monthly dividend yield of 7.55%!  With Assets Under Management of USD 34.89 billion, JEPI is the largest actively managed ETF in the US.  JEPI's aim is to provide a significant portion of the returns associated with the S&P 500 Index with less volatility.

JEPI is able to provide monthly dividends due to  a defensive equity portfolio that employs a a stock selection  based on JP Morgan 's proprietary risk adjusted stock rankings and uses a Covered Call Options Strategy to generate the monthly dividend income.  This is normally the domain of big institutions and traders but with JEPI Covered Call ETF, it is professionally done for me.  I don't have to pick expiration dates and strike prices, nor do I have to spend time selling new options after the previous ones expire. 

The expense ratio is 0.35%, one of the lowest compared to other similar competing ETFs.  JEPI ETF is managed by 2 of JPMorgan's most experienced portfolio managers - Hamilton Reiner and Raffaele Zinger who have a combined experience of 70 years in the industry.  I like that JEPI has the backing of $JPMorgan Chase(JPM)$  which is the largest US bank with a market capitalisation of USD 581.3 Billion. 

The Top 10 holdings include Progressive Corp, Trane Technologies, Southern Company, $Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$  AbbVie, Mastercard Inc, $Amazon.com(AMZN)$  $Microsoft(MSFT)$  ServiceNow, Intuit and Visa. 

The Top 10 holdings weightage is 17%.  Total number of holdings is 133.  JEPI goes ex dividend on October 1 2024.  

Performance wise JEPI is up 0.56% on Friday and in the past 5 days, it has risen by 1.7%.  JEPI has risen 6.73% year todate and 6.4% in the past year. Since its inception on May 20, 2020, JEPI is up 17.4%. 

JEPI 's inflow and popularity have been driven by the prospect of stock like price gains combined with bond style income and low volatility.   

Since dividend income is one of my main goals in investing, JEPI is perfect for my needs as my goal is FIRE - Financial Independence Retire Early. 

Wall Street Analysts are bullish on JEPI with a Buy rating, an Average Target price of USD 63.49, an upside potential of 9%.  This is according to 119 analysts surveyed by Tipranks. 

I have invested in JEPI since 2023 and I am happy with its slow and steady performance.  The best part is of course receiving the nice, juicy dividends every month. 

With JEPI, I have the power of the largest US bank JPMorgan behind it and the dividend income that comes with it.  How good is that!
