🌟🌟🌟If you are new to investing and don't know where to start, VT Vanguard Total World Stock ETF $Vanguard Total World Stock ETF(VT)$  is a great starting point.  In just 1 trade, VT ETF tracks a market cap weighted index of global stocks covering 98% of the global markets which includes both the developed and emerging market stocks.

The Top 10 holdings include 6 of the Magnificent 7 stocks - $Apple(AAPL)$  $Microsoft(MSFT)$  $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$  $Amazon.com(AMZN)$  Meta Platforms, Google as well as Eli Lilly, Broadcom and Berkshire Hathaway.

Performance wise, even though VT is slightly down 0.76% in the past 5 days, it is up 16% year todate.  In 2023, VT has risen 27%.  However if we look back 5 years ago, VT is up 58% and since its inception in 2008, VT has skyrocketed 139%!

Wall Street Analysts are bullish on VT with a Buy rating, Target price ranging from a high of USD 120.43 to a low of USD 88.73 according to Tipranks. 

I like that VT does the heavy lifting for me, balancing the best of the developed and emerging markets in just 1 ETF.    In the developed markets, US is the best performing country with its indexes reaching new highs this year.  However there is a huge potential and growth in the emerging markets such as China,, India that should not be left out in a balanced portfolio. 

I have invested in VT since 2022 and it forms part of my core portfolio to cover both the US markets and the rest of the world.  For what it does, I believe that VT gives me excellent value for my money and a wide coverage of the global markets.   No need to buy stocks from different countries, less worry and more time to spend with loved ones.
