那凱德到底在幹嘛？公司就想重組，但75%的股東要批註它的計劃。目前計劃的關鍵細節如下：
- 目前凱德集團管理許多REITs和私募基金，也有很大的房地產開發商業務。重組計劃就是凱德集團的房地產開發商業務會變成私營公司而REIT和私募積極的業務將成爲一個新的上市公司名叫CAPITALAND INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT（CLIM）。凱德目前管理6只掛牌REITs和20個私募基金，所以新公司會控制該業務和REIT+基金的股份。
- 那持有凱德股票的人到底怎麼樣？公司的重組計劃對股東真不錯。如果計劃批准了，每個凱德股東（C31）將收到以下的利益：
- 一隻新股（CLIM，每股淨資產爲2.82新元）
- 0.91新元現金[財迷]
- 0.15股的凱德商用新加坡信託
- 所以一共持有凱德股票的投資者將收到4.1新元，與凱德目前股價有24%的溢價[真香]
