  Scam stocks never recover. If scammers choose to play the stock again, it may take 6 months to 3 years. Its a psychological thing. We want to recover from the same stock Better put our money in other stocks. For the stock at 9 cents, there is nothing much to do. Just leave it there first... I guess.
