What Does Terawulf Actually Do?

Terawulf develops and operates sustainably powered data centers for Bitcoin mining, AI and high performance computing (HPC).  Its Lake Mariner facility is a flagship example - scalable on750MW and powered by low cost predominantly zero carbon energy.  Terawulf is not just mining Bitcoin, it is also building the infrastructure for the digital energy future.

Terawulf has just released its Q2 25 earnings and the results mark a turning point : the company is now profitable.

Earnings per share (EPS) : USD 0.05, beating expectations of negative USD 0.06.

Adjusted EBITDA : USD 14.5 million, up from a loss of USD 4.7 million in Q1 25.

Revenue: USD 47.6 million, a 38% quarter over quarter increase. 

Gross Profit (non GAAP) : USD 25.5 million 

This rebound is driven but Terawulf's dual strategy : Bitcoin mining and HPC hosting with the latter now backed by a USD 3.7 Billion hyperscale deal with Fluidstack and Google now holding a 8% stake in that partnership.

Analysts now rate Terawulf as a Strong Buy with price targets ranging from USD 8 to USD 12.  Northland has just raised its price target to USD 12.00, calling the Google backed deal a game changer. 

So Is It Still a Buy? 

If you are chasing momentum, today's spike might feel like deja vu - another crypto stock riding a news wave.  But if you are investing in the thesis, in transformation, in the convergence of AI, energy and Blockchain infrastructure, then Terawulf still has more upside potential.
