Wow, what a wild ride in this AI frenzy market! I've been watching how every big AI deal or collaboration, like the ones with Nebius $NEBIUS(NBIS)$  , Coreweave $CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$  , Oracle $Oracle(ORCL)$  , and now AMD $Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$  , sends share prices soaring. The recent news about OpenAI's multi-billion-dollar chip supply deal with AMD, complete with those warrants for up to 10% of shares at just $0.01 each, is just another example of this craziness. It's no surprise AMD shares jumped nearly 25% in premarket trading, while Nvidia $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$  took a slight dip.

For me, there's nothing wrong with holding tight to an existing position in AMD, especially after such a surge. However, I'd say it's never a bad idea to lock in some partial profits when you see a big jump like this. The market's momentum can be exciting, but I’ve noticed pullbacks can hit hard and fast after a huge rally, so it's good to be prepared. This kind of volatility is just part of the game in these AI-driven stocks.

Looking at the long-term picture, I think it's fine for investors to just hold steady if they believe in AMD's potential. The OpenAI deal could signal more growth ahead, especially with those warrants giving them a stake in the company's future. As for Nvidia, its slight dip might be a temporary pause, but both companies are key players in the chip space, and I wouldn't count either out yet.

As for upside potential after this 25% jump, it's tough to predict, but the AI boom might still have room to run. I don't have a specific price target (PT) for AMD or Nvidia right now, as it depends on how these deals play out and market conditions. Whether AMD will follow Nvidia to new highs is anyone's guess, but the competition between these two chip giants is heating up, which could drive both further.

Overall, I'd keep an eye on the news and trends. For now, I'd say stay cautious but optimistic—this AI market is full of surprises!

I can't figure out why AMD diluted its shareholders' value by issuing warrants for 10 billion, and the market cap goes down and shares go up. Could someone explain this, as I'm confused?
