πππ$PropNex(OYY.SI)$ has a stellar run this year as it is up a massive 110% year todate. This is due to a strong rebound in Singapore real estate market, robust financial results and a significant increase in Singapore's housing market share. I am so happy with Propnex's excellent performance as it has rewarded me with capital growth as well as a nice juicy dividend yield of 4%.
