$CapLand Ascendas REIT(A17U.SI)$  I have just placed my xxxxx preferential offerings. Let's see [Bless]  [Bless]  [Bless]  how many units they will give me. As usual, I always over subscribed them. No venture no gain!

I m still trying to figure out the allocation of excess subscription. Does it mean that you subscribe greater than 10,000 units (excluding your entitlements), the chance of being allocated excess rights might be higher than those subscribe less than 10,000 or on the dot of 10,000? [Helpless]  [Thinking]  . I will know the answer on 23Apr. 🍀🍀🙏🙏🙏🤑🤑[USD]  [USD]

I think for keppel DC REIT.. The deal is not that attractive.. so more shares leftover for allocation.. ascendas price point is much more attractive.. so more people oversubscribed

$CapLand Ascendas REIT(A17U.SI)$ is not as generous as $Keppel DC Reit(AJBU.SI)$ for the excess allocation.

I m waiting for another friend to provide his before I draw my conclusion. At the moment, I have 2 results only. . There is a tendency that there is no correlation on the excess units applied. Instead, it is more towards the unit you are holding.
