$ARM Holdings(ARM)$

ARM Holdings has been one of the hardest-hit names during the latest semiconductor sector pullback, with investors rotating out of high-growth AI and chip stocks amid concerns over interest rates, valuations, and slowing momentum. While many traders are focusing on short-term volatility, I see the current weakness as an opportunity rather than a reason to panic. Instead of trying to predict the exact bottom, I am using a disciplined Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA) strategy to gradually build my position in ARM.

My investment thesis remains centered on ARM's long-term role in the global semiconductor ecosystem. The company's architecture powers billions of devices worldwide, from smartphones and edge computing systems to the next generation of AI infrastructure. As demand for energy-efficient computing continues to grow, ARM is well positioned to benefit from secular trends that could play out over the next decade. Short-term market sentiment may fluctuate, but the underlying business fundamentals remain attractive.

The recent selloff has also created a more favorable risk-reward profile compared with the euphoric conditions seen earlier this year. Rather than deploying all my capital at once, I am spreading purchases across multiple price levels. This approach helps reduce the emotional pressure of market timing while allowing me to take advantage of further weakness if the semiconductor sector remains under pressure. In volatile markets, consistency often proves more effective than aggressive trading.

Of course, ARM may continue to experience significant price swings in the coming months, especially if macroeconomic conditions or technology spending trends deteriorate. However, my focus is on where the company could be several years from now rather than where the stock trades next week. By steadily accumulating shares through DCA during this period of uncertainty, I aim to position myself for the long-term growth opportunities that ARM could capture as AI, cloud computing, and connected devices continue expanding globally.

As a retail investor, I focus mainly on the US and Singapore markets, combining a mix of technical trading and long-term investing strategies. I enjoy analyzing charts, spotting patterns, and making calculated moves based on both market sentiment and fundamentals. While I'm not a professional, I treat my portfolio seriously and continue to learn and grow with each trade. If you're also navigating the markets and enjoy discussing stocks, options, or market trends, feel free to follow me. Let's learn and grow together as a community.
