🌟🌟🌟If I am building a dividend portfolio, I would include the 3 Singapore banks $DBS(D05.SI)$ $OCBC Bank(O39.SI)$ and $UOB(U11.SI)$ .  Not only would I get nice juicy dividends, I would also get capital growth too.

Recently all 3 banks reached record highs and their balance sheet is rock solid.

I would also include premium Singapore REITs and my favourite is $CapLand IntCom T(C38U.SI)$ .  CICT is Singapore's first and largest REIT which provides unparalleled safety and income consistency when building a portfolio meant to pay my bills.

When I buy CICT, I am becoming part owner of the iconic, high traffic commercial hubs that form the literal backbone of daily life in Singapore.

Investing in these Singapore stocks mean I do not have to pay capital gains tax, no withholding tax on dividends and I keep 100% of the cash distributed to pay my bills.  How good is that!
