$PropNex(OYY.SI)$ πππ I invest in PropNex because it is plugged directly into the heartbeat of Singapore's property market. In fact it is the largest real-estate company here with over 12,000 agents. It also pays a nice juicy dividend of 5.1%, perfect for an income focused investor like me. It goes ex dividend in August 25 2026. Ka-ching!π₯°π₯°π₯°ππππ°π°π°
