$NETLINK NBN TRUST(CJLU.SI)$ design,build, operate and own Singapore's Nbn Network. It used to be part of Singtel but in 2017 it was divested and $NETLINK NBN TRUST(CJLU.SI)$ was founded. 90% of Singaporeans have NBN at home now and in time to come it will increase. Best of all $NETLINK NBN TRUST(CJLU.SI)$ pays about 5% dividends twice a year.
