$MAPLETREE INDUSTRIAL TRUST(ME8U.SI)$is a Real Estate Investment Trust that manages 114 industrial properties in Singapore and North America. Since its IPO in 2010 at 0.93 cents per share it has grown almost 300% to 2.86 dollars. Market cap is currently Singapore Dollars 7.607 billion from 2 billion dollars at IPO. It has an excellent management team and is backed by Temasek. Best of all it pays steady dividends half yearly.
