$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ Here are some clues as to when the 2022 stock split will be effective, assuming it's approved. The news didn't explicitly state the timing, except that it's pending the 2022 annual meeting.
Past years annual meeting: 2021 in Oct, 2020 in Sep, 2019-2017 in Jun.
2020 stock split was announced early Aug 2020 and split by end of the month. Took just 3-4 weeks between announcement and actual split.
Best case scenario I'm hoping for would be a June annual meeting and split by Jul.
What's your best guess?
