Diversity My friend [Heart]

To earn $5,000 in monthly dividends, I suggest these 7 steps: (from https://dividendsdiversify.com/5000-a-month-in-dividends/) and my own resolution [Happy]

1.Develop a long term perspective - i wud like to have a portfolio that give me some dividends n growth in the years to come.

2.Determine how much you can allocate for investment - i started to pay myself first, set an amount monthly for my investment portfolio.

3.Select dividend stocks that are consistent with your strategy - i have started my journey in REITS, to get regular dividend.

$SPDR Portfolio S&P 500 ETF(SPLG)$4.Invest in your selected dividend stocks regularly - i will do DCA as n when the price is attractive

5.Keep investment costs and trading to a minimum - i have found in Tiger, so far i amvery happy to be here.

6.Reinvest all dividends received - i am doing this currently.

7.Periodically monitor progress and adjust accordingly - agree n will do so.

I love my portfolio now, will continue to explore to good businesses in Singapore and USmarket.

My short term target : $SINGTEL(Z74.SI)$If go below 2.6 will buy.

Long term continue adding : $SPDR Portfolio S&P 500 ETF(SPLG)$$Berkshire Hathaway(BRK.B)$my ETF [Smile]

I don't mind to get rich slowly, invest wisely.

Sheng Siong and Singapore Exchange is the most resilient among the 5 stocks due to pricing power, cash generative business model and little foreign exchange risk.
