It is already 9 months, or 273 days, since the war in the East Europe region!

Also, many things are not yet seriously resolved!

For example, if we just look at the food prices, it is getting very expensive! Even if you just go to hawker center, the food there are also very expensive, with some increase more than 15%!

Also certain countries have very expensive houses while some countries have property companies still continue to have large amount of debts not fully paid.

We also see supply chain disruption not yet fully resolved, and certain crypto lender suspecting for cheating and fraud, and certain high tech companies letting go their staff as they are unable to keep growing or they have grow too fast in the low interest environment a few years ago.

Thus, it would be good to get some stocks that deal with military weapons or agriculture. 

It is also a good time to start a small company that deal in agriculture or innovative gears that can protect oneself if a large scale of war happen in the next few years.
