Time to buy NIO?

$NIO Inc.(NIO)$ is very low now (nearing it's 52 week low) and I'm very tempted to invest in this now but to be honest, I'm think among the competitors, $BYD Co., Ltd.(BYDDY)$ has the best value for money.

Buying the dip now is very tempting because I remember when Nio was first launched as an IPO, it's starting price around $17 but fell to $14. It then rose to $21 and I thought, wow why didn't I buy it?

Well, the boat is here again but I am hesitating. The earnings have not quite reached the mark but I may be making this assumption early as it may have the ability to catch up with the rest.

But honestly right now, I don't think it's the time as I don't think it can do anything especially against macro conditions or the other Titans of EV.

    If you have faith in Grab, i dont see why nio wouldnt give you more rewards in 2 years. Macro is temporary. if you pit against tesla, nobody at this moment comes near. BYD is not pure EV, not yet, and they serve different segments
