TBI's Thoughts [3]: ASTS... Rocket Ship?

Hi everyone! Here’s my first newsletter in a week, and it’s on a satellite designer: AST SpaceMobile, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASTS) ASTS peaked in early-2021 at 25.37, before it chopped in a 3-year long descending channel that cumulated in a breakout in May this year. Since then, ASTS has retested its 2021 ATHs from above, while RSI comes down from extreme overbought levels while the Stochastic oscillator comes back into extreme oversold levels. On the daily chart, ASTS appears to be consolidating in both an ascending triangle and a symmetrical triangle pattern. This obviously means one thing - that 25.37 will be key as to how ASTS moves in the short term. If ASTS loses 25.37, a retest of prior resistance at 21.72 comes into play. Conversely, if ASTS holds this level, then we’re likely to see a brea

SpaceX is really pushing the boundaries of space exploration and rocket technology. Kudos to Elon Musk for building a revolutionary company focused on engineering rather than profit.  I really believe we can see unmanned travel to Mars by 2030, and maybe crewed flights by 2040.  Our path to being an interplanetary species starts with SpaceX and we should support their efforts wholeheartedly rather than bogging them down with regulations and restrictions.  No doubt mistakes and errors will occur in this journey, with loss of life and property, but risk must be taken for any innovation to succeed.  We MUST strive to improve the human race and humanity!$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$

First Commercial Spacewalk Compeleted! Do You Look Forward to the Moon and Mars?

As part of the Polaris Dawn mission launched two days ago, four crew members completed the world's first commercial spacewalk today. The Falcon 9 rocket, launched from NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, carried billionaire Jared Isaacman, SpaceX engineers Sarah Gillis and Anna Menon, and pilot Scott Poteet into space. The Polaris Dawn mission, one of the most ambitious space tourism ventures, aims to achieve several milestones over five days, including the first privately funded human spacewalk. Today, Isaacman and Gillis exited the SpaceX capsule, each spending over 10 minutes outside to test the performance of SpaceX's spacesuit. The capsule's door was then safely closed, and the cabin was repressurized.“Back at home, we all have a lot of work to do. But from here, it sure looks like

Embracing the Unknown : Space and Sea

Exploring both the stars and the sea is indeed a shared dream of humanity, reflecting our innate curiosity and desire to push boundaries. The stars represent the vast potential of space and our quest to understand the universe, while the sea embodies the mysteries of our own planet and the possibilities for discovery beneath its surface. Space or Sea? The most exciting part of space exploration, for many, is the potential for discovering new worlds and understanding fundamental aspects of the universe, such as the origins of life or the existence of extraterrestrial civilizations. In contrast, ocean exploration offers the chance to uncover unknown ecosystems, new species, and insights into Earth's climate and geological processes. SpaceX has continuously been at the forefront of space exploration, challenging traditional paradigms and setting new benchmarks in the industry. The company's upcoming Polaris Dawn mission exemplifies this spirit, as it promises to deliver not just technological advancements, but also significant milestones in human space exploration. The mission aims to conduct the first spacewalk by a private company and reach an orbital distance of 1,400 kilometres from Earth. This achievement will mark the farthest human flight from Earth since the Apollo lunar missions concluded in 1972. This essay will explore the excitement surrounding SpaceX's upcoming spacewalk, the significance of its accomplishments, and the broader impact on SpaceX’s growth trajectory and the space industry at large.
