There is going to be a culture shift with boards in different industries, that will happen from this fallout. It may not be within the next couple of years but my prediction it will be in the next 10years. When the old guard leave it for off. That is the greatest hindrance to progression, when the older generation want to stay stuck in what they know, without consideration for what is happening and changing in reality.

Wow the news about OpenAI's board not actually having evidence or grounds to sack Sam Altman is probably the biggest piece of news in this article. Even the malfeasance has been dropped, and that was in the articles about why Sam was fired, since Friday.

It seems to be Sam's intention to make it "open" AI that goes against Bill's desire to own everything. In my opinion of course. If Sam doesn't come back and it remains 100% private it becomes a global security risk in my opinion again of course.

This is great news for OpenAI bring back the captain of the ship and removing the board, because they don't know what they are doing. They're only doing it for the money, not for the betterment of society and culture as a whole. Which from my limited understanding is what Sam Altman is about 😁
