With this offering the price paid is expected to be below market so if an entity is willing to buy say 300,000 shares for $875 each then that's almost like a deep pocketed investor calling this a bottom.[Strong][Strong][Strong] $SUPER MICRO COMPUTER INC(SMCI)$ Maybe the offering is a positive sign for the company for development and innovation in the future!

Sherman Tuan sold 5,000 shares around $865 in Feb., so that’s a little more, and Russell 2000 funds sold shares above $1,000…Sherman Tuan has been on the board of directors for 17 years and also voted for this 1.75 billion dollar capital raise the 2 million shares brings in.So the % of dilution is past 6.5%folks and the company thinks SMCI is overvalued between $865-935. Hahha, I initiated very small long position after covering my shorts today finally. I will accumulate or sell based on which way it goes, so no big deal. I have worked in the industry and seen it so many times so this was just a hunch. It is much more likely than ever in my mind.

The size of the overall market has expanded greatly, and NVDA scooping up increased market share is at the expense of AMD and INTC, while SMCI increasing their market share is at the expense of DELL, HPE, Lenovo, Quanta, IBM, etc.SMCI has been partner of NVDA for 20+ years. They get engineering samples of gpus ahead of time, so that they can engineer chassis, motherboards, and cooling solutions to be ready to go the same day the new NVDA chips hit the market. $SUPER MICRO COMPUTER INC(SMCI)$ I think the S&P 500 Index board is more concerned with market cap than anything else, grow the index at any cost.  Which is Not beneficial for the index.  This company should not have made the list.  Today was a big reversal, near a $100 loss in total.  I think there will be a bounce back up after a trip lower than $925 to $880.00 range.
