The IPO values Reddit at $6 billion, only half of its valuation in previous funding rounds. I found a good example here, Xpeng $XPeng Inc.(XPEV )$ stock forms an uptrend line since early February this year. The uptrend line is represented by the blue line drawn in the attached image. This could consider as a strong trendline support as the stock price rebounds from this support lines for at least 6 times in just a few weeks time. Everytime the stock price reaches this line, it will attract buyer and therefore acting a support trendline technically. A stock with such movement is considered as a bullish stock!

Yes it could go down to that low if nothing is happening on the horizon for TSLA but something is cooking up to prevent the stock price from sliding further downward. It may take a bit more time, maybe longer, to go to the level as forecast. India may take a bit of time to generate sales for TSLA now that it has green light to operate there. With crypto trading activity up since the strong rebound of crypto prices, I will not be surprised to see Robinhood experiencing a higher trading volume. Not only will the crypto trading volume go up, I expect small to mid cap trading volume to go up.. The tough part is really to get timing right. Tesla and apple have been pulling back and this could put the risk to Nasdaq 100 uptrend. So will these two stocks affect market sentiment? If Nvidia can do a "Tesla" share price move back in 2020 and 2021, I do think that it will not be that difficult as Nvidia will carry Nasdaq 100 up and bringing Russell 2000 up too.
