SMCI underwent 1 to 10 stock split on 1st Oct so in a way more liquid market for options. It makes trading a bit more expensive though since it’s counting the number of contracts so not all is rosy.

I opened 1 lot(s) $TSLA 20241011 280.0 CALL$ ,TSLA has a pretty high IV these 2 weeks, guess it’s due to reporting of Delivery numbers. Selling this covered call to hedge any possible down side. While today the share price dips to a low 6% earlier it has gotten back up to -3.5% at the point when this CC was opened. However I don’t think this rebound will last as it is pulled up by over all market, in reality the delivery number did miss estimates thus likely to go back down.
