This merger is a stroke of genius. It combines the 2 companies into a single unstoppable vertical monopoly. It is also a seamless integration of AI & physical hardware.
By putting rockets, satellites, EVs & Tesla bots under 1 roof, the synergy would be amazing.
Elon Musk's combined stake of Tesla and SpaceX may result in him becoming the majority shareholder of the new entity, giving him overriding voting power.
