Booking Holdings: My #1 Stock Pick For 2024

Summary Showcasing five consecutive top-and-bottom-line earnings beats, I’ve selected a market-leading Consumer Discretionary stock for the New Year, with gross bookings of $40B in Q3 2023. Seeking Alpha’s Quant Ratings and Factor Grades highlight company fundamentals and whether a stock is strong or weak on key investment metrics. In 2024, consider a top Quant-ranked Consumer Discretionary with a diversified portfolio of companies. This stock benefits from strong brand recognition and offers growth, upward analysts’ revisions, and profitability that outpaces its sector. In 2023, I chose SMCI as my top stock pick when it was trading at $81 per share. It has since soared an impressive 294%, trading over $318! 2d illustrations and photos I’m selecting a high-quality global stock with

Expedia: Well-Positioned For Growth Amid Online Travel Boom

Summary Expedia’s stock has shown strong momentum over the last 12 months, with major tailwinds blowing in its favor. The IATA expects passenger travel to hit an all-time high in 2024, while researchers project the online travel market to grow to $1.56 trillion by 2030, a CAGR of nearly 13%. Expedia is making solid headway in the fast-growing Asia-Pacific region led by the B2B China segment, which grew 150% YoY in Q3. Strong momentum, profitability, and growth have Expedia among Seeking Alpha’s top Quant-rated stocks in the Hotels, Resorts, and Cruise Lines industry. Although Booking Holdings is my number one stock pick for 2024, Expedia offers strong upside potential in a massive industry and could be trading at a relative discount based on key metrics like PEG Forward ratio. Toyota Stock Remains A Strong Buy Amid EV Sales Surge

Summary In October, I recommended Toyota as a Strong Buy and strong year-end sales results have bolstered this thesis as the auto giant executes on its bid to gain EV market share. Toyota EV sales volumes surged 30% YOY in the U.S. in 2023, accounting for ⅓ of units sold. Toyota is #1 among Seeking Alpha’s Quant-rated automaker stocks, securing high grades in every key category, including growth, valuation, and profitability. China May Be Slowing Down, But PDD Is Surging

CreativaImages Best Chinese Stock U.S. stocks have surged in 2023 on the heels of a tech re-emergence (XLK) as the top-performing sector, +41% YTD and +30% over the last year. BABA Signaling Long Term Entry Point

$Alibaba(BABA)$ since BABAs IPO, some may have missed out on the nice upward move. I got in and got out early myself. Now tho putting a long term investment view I see some good entry points based on oscillators and stochastic data from weekly chart data. In combination with simple yearly wave cycles, i see BABA is positioned in an attractive longterm buyers entry point. I've probably seen a completion in correction and entering the next Leap for a 3rd wave. There may some accumulation interest going on, early indication of buyer interest.Trade smart. Cheers.
