In 2000 he settled with the SEC for fraudulently reporting MSTR's financials for 2 years, then just settled with the gov't for not paying his taxes for 15 years.It's very weird that people buy this stock. Why not just buy BTC. MSTR is one bad piece of news away from a 40% drop. Your investment worth 40% less, but he still holds valuable BTC. Pretty crazy scam.
