The current price is down 12.55% from a year ago. Investing has rated the stock with a “Buy” setting. For the coming earnings, the forecast of the EPS and revenue are 0.2713 and 1.55B respectively. But real estate differs from gold in that real estate can provide a steady stream of rental income, and owners can adjust rents to account for inflation. So, when comparing the gain from gold and real estate, we should compare gold price with real estate total gain (capital gain + rental). 🌟🌟$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ is expected to report its 3rd quarter production and delivery figures on Monday with analysts slashing Tesla's delivery forecasts recently. Tesla may miss estimates due to planned factory shutdowns and soft demand that led it to reduce prices. Tesla's share price was up 1.56% last Friday and an impressive 131% year todate. With the ongoing automaker workers strike in the US affecting the Detroit Big 3 Ford, GM and Stellantis, Tesla is set to benefit as it has non unionised workers in the US. Tesla's Cybertruck is also slated for release around end of Q3 according to Elon Musk. That would also positively impact its share price too.

As we have closed month of September on Friday (29 September), what we have seen a volatile month for stocks in September. Traditional defensive stocks did not help much to protect in times of volatility and uncertainty. One of the reason is the bond market. 10-year Treasury yield was going up and rate-sensitive stocks are experiencing selloff. $S&P 500(.SPX)$ was on track for a monthly loss of around 4.6%, while the Dow Jones went down 3.1% and the NASDAQ loses 6%.
