      $Keppel DC Reit(AJBU.SI)$   Keppel DC Reit posts 13.2% higher Q1 DPU of S$0.02833.  Distributable income for the period stood at S$74.6 million, a 20.7 per cent rise year on year from S$61.8 million. Net property income rose 19.4 per cent to S$105.2 million for Q1, from S$88.1 million the year prior.  Revenue for the period was up 18.4 per cent year on year at S$121 million, from S$102.2 million. Gearing stood at 35.1%

      $StarHub(CC3.SI)$   StarHub hands Ensign InfoSecurity control back to Temasek in S$115 million deal, books S$200 million gain. StarHub said the move will “partially monetise” its investment in Ensign Infosecurity while retaining strategic participation, allowing it to redeploy capital towards other strategic and core business investments. StarHub’s stake reverts to its underlying 38.92 per cent, and Ensign InfoSecurity will be reclassified from a subsidiary to an associated company of the telco.  Temasek, through Ensign Technologies, resumes majority control.

      $SIA(C6L.SI)$   Air India asks Tata, Singapore Air for funds after US$2.4 bil loss Air India’s controlling shareholder, Tata Group, as well as Singapore Airlines Ltd — which owns 25.1% of the carrier — are in talks to inject some much-needed cash. The size of the infusion is still being discussed but may be less than what the carrier needs, meaning Air India would have to look for other financing.

EDIS disposed 55 million shares for a total consideration of $5.17 million. This latest transaction saw EDIS stake in Addvalue Technologies down from the previous 6.45% to 4.95%

But I don't really affect much since I don't use food delivery and seldom travel by taxi or grab. There are many ways to cut cost. Change in a habit can save lots of money .

Upon completion of the sale, Olam will recognise a gain of around US$310.5 million.       With or without gold no difference to me. Cash in hand is still the best. Of course, with a lot spare cash, I will buy some gold to keep.... But Cash is always the King. Don't talk about inflation.... when you need cash, having gold doesn't mean someone can fight the inflation, especially when in need of cash for unforeseen circumstances that need a big sum of cash. Having gold may suffer losses at the point of dip...
