Natural gas like coal is a sunset industry🙊🙈🙉 as the push for renewable energy continues... I have sold all my coal and oil stocks to be safe and I won’t be buying any gas stocks. Better to be safe than sorry😅

🌟🌟🌟It is difficult to pick winning stocks all the time and if I am lucky, some of the time. So my strategy is to Auto Invest Through Tiger, my favourite ETF which is $SPDR Portfolio S&P 500 ETF(SPLG)$. In just 1 trade, I gain instant access to 500 of the Best and Strongest US companies like $Apple(AAPL)$ $Microsoft(MSFT)$ $Alphabet(GOOG)$ and even Tesla! So even if bad news negatively impact 1 stock, the effect is minimal on the ETF. I have the power of 500 strong stocks in just 1 basket. That's synergy at its best. $SPDR Portfolio S&P 500 ETF(SPLG)$ is also a smart way to save time. I don't have to read countless earnings reports and be bothered with which stocks to trade. That's my favourite way to invest.

on 1 hand we enjoy the good dividends arising from banks fat profits, on the other hand must also be aware of how much interests we are paying to home loans. Banks just keep increasing the rates on existing loans that were despatched to developers years ago before and after property TOP. I feel is not right. I would say, if we have the cash, payoff the loan 1st. anything spare n can afford to lose then invest. the amount paid just to clear interests is staggering.
