🌟🌟🌟On Friday April 26, $Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc.(FFIE)$  has announced  its intention to appeal to Nasdaq the Delisting Determination by May 1 to stay the suspension of Faraday Future due to non filing of its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31 2023. 

 This is the 2nd warning letter from Nasdaq dated April 24 indicating that Faraday was not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule to have at least USD 1 per share for 10 consecutive days.

Faraday Future hopes that Nasdaq will hold the suspension for 15 days during which time Faraday Future will continue to be listed on the Nasdaq Capital market.

If Faraday Future fails to appeal the Delisting Determination by May 1, trading of Faraday's stock will be suspended at the opening of business on May 3.  A Form 25 NSE will be filed with SEC which will remove Faraday's stocks from listing and registration on Nasdaq.

Faraday is considering all potential options available to it to regain compliance with Nasdaq's listing requirements.  These include filing its 2023 Annual Report on Form 10-K and also its Quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31 2024.  Faraday is also seeking stockholder approval for a reverse stock split.

Faraday Future share price has continued its relentless descent closing at 0.047 cents per share on Friday.  Faraday Future is now down 18% for the past week.  Its share price has plummeted 92% year todate and 99.9% in 2023. 

It looks like Faraday's future will be decided by May 1 whether it stays listed on Nasdaq.  It is really a sad time for shareholders when a company like Faraday is on the brink of being delisted.
