而閃崩的主要原因來自香港證監會的一份公告。6月19日，香港證監會對長久股份的股權進行查詢，結果顯示，6月3日有9名股東共計持有4873.9萬股該公司股份，佔已發行股本的24%。有關股權聯通由該公司主席及行政總裁家族持有的1.5億股，佔已發行股本的74%，相當於該公司發行股本的98%！[Gosh]
