Hello everyone! Today i want to share some option strategies with you!
1.
$Microsoft(MSFT)$ announces earnings after the closing bell tomorrow (Tuesday). Expected move is ~5% by close of market this Friday, placing the downside range just above 400. Strong volume support at the 370 and 400 levels, with longer-term volume point-of-control around 370.
Thinking of taking one of the following optionselling pre-earnings trades tomorrow, and am okay to get assigned shares or roll position to a lower strike if need be.
▫️ Sell-to-open Aug 2 expiration 385 strike put
▫️ Sell-to-open Aug 9 expiration 370 strike put
