🌟🌟🌟With the much anticipated rate cut by the Feds this week, SReits have been breaking 52 week high records.  I bought $CapLand IntCom T(C38U.SI)$ 

3 years ago and held it till now.  It was exciting to see CICT hit new 52 week high this week.  CICT is the largest SReit and part of the Top 10 holdings in $STI ETF(ES3.SI)$  

As Warren Buffett likes to say  "It's Time in the markets that counts, not timing the market".

    Reit is really suitable for long term investment indeed like 3 to 10yrs+. Good dividend. It is much better than FD, SSB, Tbill, etc.
