I collect CJLU.SI (NetLink NBN Trust) mainly for its stable income and high dividend yield, which typically sits around 5.5%–6%. As Singapore's nationwide fibre network owner, NetLink operates in a regulated environment with steady demand for broadband — making its cash flows predictable and defensive. This structure allows it to maintain reliable semi-annual dividends, making it a solid income anchor in my portfolio.

The trust benefits from long-term residential demand, government digital initiatives, and steady growth in non-residential segments. While it's not a fast grower, the business is resilient and less affected by economic cycles compared to most stocks.

Risks include its high payout ratio, potential regulatory changes, and higher capex or interest costs. However, its essential role in Singapore's broadband infrastructure provides stability, which is why I see it as a dependable long-term income play.
