I am bullish on $Ascott Trust(HMN.SI)$ as it is a great recovery SReit to buy. It is the largest Hospitality Reit in the Asia Pacific with 93 Properties in Asia, Europe and US. Assets Under Management is SGD7 Billion.
It is currently undervalued and still have heaps of room to grow exponentially. Great dividend income and strong sponsor in $CapitaLandInves(9CI.SI)$ backed by Temasek Holdings.
