Editor notes: Dividends are an important source of income to many shareholders, but the health of the business is crucial to maintaining those dividends. So we need to check whether the dividend payments are covered, and if earnings are growing.

so far only $FedEx(FDX)$ under my watchlist, it's seems like well maintaining above 200 since a pull back for recent market, however I feel $Home Depot(HD)$ is potential at the current price which is more affordable versus for the coming ex dividend release,it's now under my watchlist to be part among other home improvement retail shares, it's really good to have such ex dividend guide for particular stocks! I didn't hold any of the mentioned stocks, but I do have some dividend stocks like coca-cola, however my capital is too low to get heavy return like uncle Warren Buffet, still a lot more to learn ☺️

During difficult economic environments, SPG $Simon Property(SPG)$dividend has been reduced, but it has always grown into a larger dividend over time. Since reinstating the dividend in the summer of 2020, SPG has provided shareholders with 6 dividend increases over the next 11 quarters, growing the quarterly dividend from $1.30 to $1.80.
SPG has more than enough room to continue increasing its dividend in 2023. Hypothetically, SPG could bring the dividend back to $8.40 per share, which was its pre-pandemic level, and based on $11.70 FFO per share, the dividend coverage ratio would be 1.39x. There is no reason to worry about SPG's dividend safety, and suspect that management will raise the dividend again in 2023.

I’m actually looking for a dividend stock… but for the fact that most of the stock price are low… I think the return could be better off than keeping a dividend stock… any thoughts?

I don't hold any right now. but I feel $Simon Property(SPG)$ is my first choice. Because it's real estate company and we can receive the dividend yearly.

For all non- residents of the US, you will only get 70% of whatever dividends is paid, the other 30% id deducted at source being withholding tax. Hence, do check if that 70% payout is worth the while to keep the shares for its dividend.

I do not hold any of them but I hold Exxon, ko in small quantity, earlier my thought was to buy n sell dividend stocks during ex-div date n get out but I could not execute it due to lack of fund n unable to get out of the stock with profit... then I decided to buy n hold dividend stocks then due to 30% tax but I feel it is good strategy if you accumulate n hold n dividend reinvest then you can get tons of money

I don't hold any of them but I would think $Home Depot(HD)$ should be the most bullish
Rising inflation and interest rates will have a huge impact on most companies
It is a cash based business which receives payment immediately while having credit terms with its vendors
Rising interest rates and inflation  should not be a problem for them

hold none but the list does arouse my interests especially ones that give good passive income, bearing in mind the current environmental factors- wait and see strategy in place for me.
