- $General Electric Co(GE)$ will be spining off 2 companies from within
- First off would be its Healtcare arm$GE HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGIES INC(GEHCV)$
- GEHCV is the interim ticker. Final ticker will be GEHC.
- Anticipated the announcement will on 2023 first trading day - 03 Jan 2023.
- On 04 Jan, the new GEHC will be added to S&P 500 Index
- Displacing Vornado Realty Trust (VNO)
