You should not discount the NIO
I think after the release of sales data in January this year, the competition between the new forces of car manufacturing is still fierce. Among them, only Ideal Automobile grew by 23.4%, and the rest of $NIO Inc.(NIO)$
So how will the new forces of car manufacturing develop in the future?
We can analyze it from the following points:
1) The price of battery-grade lithium carbonate has been falling since December last year. Lithium carbonate is one of the main raw materials for new energy vehicle power batteries, which indirectly reduces the costs of various car companies and strengthens their profitability.
2) The successive price reductions of major car companies and the surge in orders after the price reduction of a well-known car brand may stimulate more new energy vehicle companies to enter the trench of price war.
3) The global new energy vehicle market is expected to maintain the growth trend. In the long run, the marketization stage of new energy vehicles has officially opened, ushering in new development opportunities. Among them, the power of science and technology will become an important engine for the transformation of the automobile industry. With the implementation of the "New Ten Articles", production and life have begun to return to normal. After enterprises resume work and production, it is a good for car companies.
4) The addition of Wang Fengying, the new president of Xiaopeng Automobile, has helped Xiaopeng Automobile to improve the sales and R&D of Xiaopeng Automobile, and should achieve a great improvement in performance. It is expected to follow the distance between NIO and the sales of the ideal car.
5) In addition to the completion of the automobile subsidy policy within this year, Ideal Automobile will focus on the research and development of new products. On NIO, in addition to developing new products, there is also a main theme in the new year, that is, expansion. That is to say, while stepping up the improvement of production capacity and marching overseas, we continue to promote cross-border businesses such as mobile phones. Judging from the above points, NIO has its own different strategies and the whole new energy vehicle industry sees the dawn. And everyone competes with each other.
As the saying is, only when there is competition can progress be made. I believe that this year will be a relatively positive year for NIO's development.
