$Lyft, Inc.(LYFT)$ LYFT got hyper lifted due to absent minded CFO: typo errored 500 bps instead of 50 bps in earnings presentation 😂.  65% : rare opportunity to earn few months of salary 😜which was later down to 6% once typo corrected. 

As a dividend investor, it is quite curious be heavily invested in a broad market ETF instead of a dividend focused ETF like $Schwab US Dividend Equity ETF(SCHD)$ , $Vanguard Dividend Appreciation ETF(VIG)$ or $Vanguard High Dividend Yield ETF(VYM)$ . I decided on a portfolio allocation of: - 50% $VANGUARD INTL EQUITY INDEX FUND INC TOTAL WORLD STK INDEX FUND ETF SHS(VT)$   - 50% dividend-growth ETFs I did this for a few reasons: 1) To diversify into international markets, being able to capitalise on emerging markets as well as developed markets. I have been taking the cautious approach - looking at the EMA 200 line and placing my cash secured put options for big cap companies within a 4 to 6 week expiration horizon. It has so far worked although I'm not sure how much is due to the fact that the US Market has done well in the last few months. Hope this continues!

A year ago, end-Jul, I signed up to join Tiger. Tbh for the most part to secure the sign-up bonus and rewards. 😝 But I also decided to take the chance to experiment with various strategies and make it a point to self-evaluate and reflect after one year.  I had only one modest goal then - which was to beat Nasdaq and SPY by at least 1%.
