First, I quoted a prediction for 2024 from DR Wealth. His Opinion:  1 US recession 2 $SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust(SPY)$  return not as good as 2023. 3 MSCI China generates positive return. 4 S REITs is top 3 sector in SG 5 Gold price reach new all time high. From myself, I will hold and do averaging down on $NikkoAM-STC Asia REIT(CFA.SI)$ and $TRACKER FUND OF HONG KONG(02800)$ . I believe SReits and HSI will outperformance in 2024.

What a year for 2023, started badly and recovered well towards the end of the year. Unfortunately, I didn't achieve the profit target that I set for 2023. Moving forward, in the year of 2024, I think the market will be much better unless there are some unexpected black swam events. My focus for 2024 will be AI theme and also technology sector. EV sector might be another choice but not the top priority. This year, I will not touch meme stocks and will focus more on the magnificent 7, aiming for stable growth and consistent return to end my 2024. Goals goals and more goals! I am an avid football fan. So when it comes to goals, usually the first thing that comes to mind is the net bulging when the ball hits it! And it is a nice feeling when the team you are supporting scores the goal.  When it comes to setting goals in term of investments, I guess the rules are similar.
