$Straits Times Index(STI.SI)$  In my view, DBS is one of the standout companies in Singapore, particularly for the way it consistently adds value to consumers like myself. A key example of this is the DBS PayLah! cashback program, which offers a $3 cashback every Saturday when used at participating heartland shops, wet markets, and hawker stalls. While $3 may seem like a small amount, it quickly adds up, providing tangible savings that help ease the everyday financial burden for people and families. This initiative has made a noticeable difference in my household, as we frequent these local businesses for groceries, meals, and other essentials. What's truly impressive about the DBS PayLah! cashback program is that it's not just beneficial f

$Straits Times Index(STI.SI)$   Mapletree looks great. It is a global real estate development, investment, capital and property management company. Moreover its 3 main reits are Singapore listed, providing very good dividend on a regular basis. The group assets are distributed across many different markets globally which diversified its large portfolio indeed. It may be one of the top companies in consideration of the mutiple billions of diversified properties. Cheers. Have a great day ahead !

My Favorite choice will be $ST Engineering(S63.SI)$. Why? ST Engineering is doing military engineering, innovation project and security service. Without ST Engineering Singapore will not be so secure. ST Engineering is support by Singapore Government on many project. Invest in them for long term won't fail. 😀 @SR050321 @koolgal @MHh @HelenJanet @SPOT_ON

DBS is the Best. Good growth and >5% dividend now. That's why it trades at a higher price to book ratio than OCBC and UOB.. everyone knows. Still good to diversify a little and get all 3 SG banks for your dividend portfolio... think about it.
