As much as I like $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ I remain my stand to wait on the pullback by collecting premium fr selling puts. shadowing the history of $Apple(AAPL)$ pullbacks of 20% can be possible as S&P hovers the highs with lower trading volume. So my trade idea: sell put strike @ 105 delta 0.20-0.25 expiry will depend on your holding power. Havingsaid this I'm prepared to double down should 105 breaks. [Cool]

The lottery number last week was US$56bn, the compensation Tesla will pay to Elon Musk. It was based on 303.9mn 10-year stock options granted in 2018 (or 1% in 12 tranches). To secure the options, the market cap must hit S$650bn, revenue US$175bn or adj. EBITDA US$14bn. Arguments for the compensation were that Elon should be paid based on what was already agreed and he could leave the company. Tesla has performed remarkably since 2017, where revenue has compounded 42% over 6 years. Shareholders benefited from the 10x surge in market cap from US$52bn in Dec 2017 but not the earnings. From 2018, net profit was a cumulative US$32bn. In fact, if we remove Musk's 20.5% stake, minority shareholders are paying him double the US$25bn net profit generated for them. My Watchlist [112]: SOUN... Not Looking Good.
Hi everyone. Today I’ll be updating my TA on one of the AI darlings of early-2024: SoundHound AI, Inc. (NASDAQ: SOUN) In my previous newsletter on SOUN, I was very bullish on it because I saw a very promising setup forming. However, SOUN has since seen a break of the bullish support trendline from Feb’24. Note that this usually precedes a larger move down. On the lower hourly timeframes, I note that there are several top heavy candles with significant volume, suggesting that larger players are selling. We also rejected off prior support levels at 5.84 and 4.95. The most likely scenario in the near term, given price action of other smaller cap stocks that I’ve watched, is for SOUN to return back towards 3.11 at the very least and retest the island gap it formed in Feb’24. Despite the indices giving solid showing, we are seeing the stock trading somehow mixed. The market-cap weighted S&P 500 extended its record high, climbing 0.8%, and the equal-weighted S&P 500 registered a 0.7% gain. Decliners had a slim lead over advancers at both the NYSE and the Nasdaq. The underlying negative bias, driven by consolidation activity, was not enough to offset buying activity in some mega cap stocks.
