I have noted that 150 moving average is at $309 price. Looking at the option chain, delta is less than 0.25 for $305. Hence, I have decided to enter this trade.

I opened $SMCI 20240809 640.0 PUT$ ,SMCI: collect 1.75% from this sell put on SMCI with lowered strike at $640 which is 17% lower than current market price. The contract duration is over 18 days expiring on 9th Aug. The strike was planned at support around the 200 days SMA zone hopefully providing some support. SMCI had already fallen 20% from its most recent peak on 15th July so we’ll see how far the correction goes.

I opened $BABA 20240823 85.0 CALL$ ,BABA: collect 1.15% premium on this BABA covered call with strike at $85 which is about 10% higher than current market price. The expiry was chosen to be on 23rd Aug which is 32 days away. BABA is still not able to break out from its range and most key moving averages are consolidating within a very tight range of $75 to $78 showing no sign of breakout for now. Will monitor earning on 22nd Aug and decide next plan for this counter.

I opened $WBA 20240823 10.0 PUT$ ,WBA: collect 2.5% premium on WBA cash secured put with strike at $10 which is 10% lower than current market price. The duration was selected for 23rd Aug which is 32 days away. The stock had came down a long way and dropped a further 22% just on 27th June after another poor earnings. It’s currently oversold so looking at $10 as a major support for the CSP to bounce off.
