$BYD COMPANY(01211)$'s impressive sales growth in August, despite the broader slowdown in the Chinese EV market, underscores the company's strong competitive position and strategic execution. The company's ability to balance its product portfolio, focusing on both battery-electric vehicles (BEVs) and plug-in hybrids (PHEVs), has proven to be a winning formula. Why i choose all in $BRKB instead $SPY $QQQ? "Are you insane?! Going all in single stocks?" This is the response i always gotten from people when i tell them i only focus 1 stock at a time. Why if u ask? Because i am a man of focus of 1 thing at a time. People always say to diversify and to reduce risks. But i dont just see how diversifying can reduce risks. What if other stocks dropped due to lack of studies or research? I honestly cannot or spend too much research for more than 3 company. Hence, my investing lifestyle always one. As an Aussie currently enjoying a blissful 0-hour workweek, the idea of a 4-day workweek sounds like a delightful upgrade! Starting from December 1, 2024, Singapore is rolling out flexible work arrangements, including the option to work just four days a week. Now, if only we could get that down under! Imagine having a three-day weekend every week – more time for barbies, beach trips, and binge-watching footy! Would I choose a 4-day workweek if I could? Absolutely! The work system could definitely use an update. After all, who wouldn’t want to trade in the daily grind for a bit more R&R? My ideal working time? Let’s just say, the less,

Financing cost won't be dropping so fast. Many REITs signed their financing packages when intetest rates were almost zero pre-covid. Today, interest rates are at 40-yr high (referring to Fed rates). Interest rates may be reduced soon BUT will not return to pre-covid levels. Hence, when REITs refinance their loans in the near future, they will still be subjected to higher rates compared to their pre-covid arrangements. Does the above make sense ?

As seen now we are at around 70% for a rate cut in September, so the question now is when? in this article I would like to share which sectors and stocks we might want to look at to take advantage once the rate cut happen. Relativ
