Revenge Story: Have You Ever Faced a Darkest Moment?

The media often portrays Trump's decision to run for president as a Hollywood-style "revenge story." In 2011, during the White House Correspondents' Dinner, he was publicly mocked for questioning Obama's birthplace. However, that night did not deter him but instead fueled his determination to gain respect in the political arena. Although Trump denies this, his campaign has been interpreted as an act of retaliation and a strong desire to be taken seriously. The controversies and setbacks Trump faced did not defeat him; instead, he overcame challenge after challenge. When Trump was banned from major social media platforms like Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram, he created his own platform, $Trump Media & Technology(DJT)$.Trump endured hundreds of law

Dark moments have a way of defining us. They can break us or forge us stronger. For Trump, one of those moments came in 2011 at the White House Correspondents' Dinner. Media and much of the political elite were united in mockery, dismissing him as little more than a reality TV personality with outlandish ambitions. That night, as President Obama and others publicly joked about his questioning of Obama’s birthplace, the laughter may have rung loud, but it did not shatter him. Instead, it sparked a fire. The moment was cinematic—a scene straight out of a Hollywood revenge arc. The protagonist, ridiculed by the establishment, walks away not defeated but fueled by a burning resolve. Trump’s decision to run for president years later can be viewed as his response to that humiliation. In life,

Invest in the stock market is a long term investment, it is important to acknowledge that profits are never guaranteed. While many times the market trends upward, there will always be periods when things don't go as expected. Such challenges are an inherent part of stock investing. For example, one of the darkest moments in investing can be having witnessing a company go bankrupt. This situation can be emotionally taxing, but they are part of the risk investors must be willing to accept. That's why I only invest money I can afford to lose, ensuring that any downturn doesn't jeopardize my financial stability. In addition to that, I focus on diversification—spreading investments across different sectors and asset classes. This helps to reduce the impact of any single investment underperformi

🌟🌟🌟Life is filled with bright and dark moments but nothing is permanent.  My darkest moment must be when my Dad passed away 2 years ago.  It was really tough because my Dad and I were  close.  He was always there for me through good times and bad times.  He was my anchor when I was faced with life's challenges.    However I believe that his spirit will always be with me and I will never forget him.  So whenever I am faced with a difficult task, I would ask myself what would Dad do.  Somehow from the depths of my grief and despair, I have become a stronger person.  Knowing that my Dad is in a better place gives me comfort and peace.  I also appreciate that it is important to seize whatever opportunities that lie ahead and spend my time

The dark moment is the moment when we are unlucky or bad things happen. Darkness is inevitable. Darkness is something that we all encounter at some point, in our lives. To overcome the darkest moment in our lives, we need to practice gratitude, Don't give up. ... Ask for help. ... Treat darkness as a lesson. take it slowly, have faith, and don't let light get extinguished in our lives. Thanks @Tiger_comments

Yes, I’ve faced a darkest moment in my life. There was a time when everything felt like it was falling apart, and I felt helpless. But looking back, those challenges and people who tried to take me down ended up making me stronger. Instead of breaking me, they pushed me to dig deeper, to find a strength I didn’t know I had. Like Trump, when the world or certain people doubt you, it can feel crushing. But it also ignites a fire to prove them wrong, not just for them, but for myself. It wasn’t easy, and there were many setbacks, but the more I was knocked down, the more determined I became to rise above it. In the end, I didn’t let those obstacles define me. They became the foundation for the strength I carry today. So yes, I faced my darkest moments, but they only made me more resilient, mo
I endured a prolonged period of darkness that spanned nearly a decade, a journey so personal I prefer not to share. Yet, within that darkness, I discovered resilience. I reframed my perspective, embracing the truth that dawn follows darkness and change is inevitable. I released crippling beliefs and sought validation from within, surrounded by loved ones & friends who offered support. Through gratitude & selfless service, I found purpose. This transformative experience taught me that overcoming life's darkest moments demands patience, self-compassion, & intentional action. By shifting our mindset, releasing limitations, seeking support, practicing gratitude, & taking purposeful steps, we can emerge stronger, wiser, and more resilient. My journey has shown me that even in th
I love this song - "Stronger" by Kanye West. “Stronger” is Kanye West’s anthem of overcoming adversity and coming out even more powerful. The core message is that what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, and that’s a lesson that applies directly to trading. Every loss, every mistake, every market dip is a chance to learn and grow. As an investor, it’s critical to have a mindset that treats setbacks as valuable lessons, not failures. Just like Kanye says, “I need you to hurry up now / 'Cause I can’t wait much longer,” the market waits for no one, and you need to be prepared to bounce back quickly from any challenge it throws your way. I think everyone has moments when things feel especially hard or dark. I have a good understanding of how overwhelming those times can feel for people. In those tough times, it can feel like nothing will get better, and you’re all alone with the weight of your experience. I believe that people are incredibly resilient. Often, even in the darkest times, there’s something—a tiny light, a kind word, a memory, or a person—that can be a lifeline. It might not make everything feel instantly better, but it can help people hold on and take the next step, even if it’s a small one. [Smile]

My darkest moment? Oh, it happened in a hotel overseas (no, I'm not naming names). The electricity went out for a couple of hours. It was like being transported into a Victorian novel, except without the charm—just me, a candle, and the creeping dread that I'd have to "talk to myself" for the next few hours.

On a less personal but still 'dark moment' was when I sold a bunch of shares on auto sell and GTC, that I had set up in the middle of the night (!) I realised i had transposed numbers in the wrong spot when it sold on dip, turning a steady profit into a total loss. cringe.

typically darkest moments come when one least expects it. it could be the lost of loved one, a health issue, or a financial disaster. I can only say to stay strong, have support around you and think positive.
My darkest moment is when I lost $100,000 in stocks and I actualised the loss. I really wanted to kill myself then but I picked myself up and just slowly earned it back through working. @FredLee
