Short-Term or Long-Term, $TSLA Offers Profit Potential...

If you were to guess which stock investors are most focused on, which one would you choose?

TSLA!

Whether it's because of TSLA stock's inherent high volatility and potential short-term gains, its representation of the fusion of technology and automobiles in a new-tech giant, or the halo effect of CEO Musk, TSLA has consistently managed to capture investors' ongoing attention.

TSLA surged by 10% yesterday, so let's now take a look at how investors are faring!

Congratulations to @Tanjiro for reaping a profit of $3,796 through stock trading.

Congratulations to @TigerOptions who achieved an impressive 34.82% in stock returns.

Why do investors like trading Tesla?

  1. Volatility: TSLA stock is known for its high volatility, which can lead to significant price swings in a short period. This volatility presents trading opportunities for both short-term and long-term investors.

  2. Elon Musk's Influence: Tesla's CEO, Elon Musk, is a high-profile figure in the business world. His actions and tweets often have a direct impact on Tesla's stock price, making it an exciting and attention-grabbing stock to trade.

  3. Innovation and Technology: Tesla is a pioneer in the electric vehicle (EV) and clean energy sectors. Many investors are drawn to the company because they believe in its innovative technology and its potential to disrupt traditional automotive and energy industries.

  4. Long-Term Growth Potential: Some investors see Tesla as a long-term growth opportunity, anticipating that the company's EVs and renewable energy products will continue to gain market share in the years to come.

  5. Options and Derivatives: Tesla options and derivatives markets are quite active, providing traders with various strategies to speculate on the stock's price movements.

At the end of the post, which trading approach do you lean toward - short-term or long-term?

Are you more inclined to embrace volatility or opt for stable, steady investing?

    🌟🌟🌟$Alphabet(GOOGL)$

Dominates the global search engine market with a whopping 92% share.  In contrast $Microsoft(MSFT)$

Search engine Bing only takes up 3% of the market share.

I am so glad that I held onto Google when it dropped to as low as USD 83.34 because I believe in the future of Google.  In fact Google is up 56% year todate.

Wall Street Analysts are also bullish on Google with a Buy rating, Target price of USD 150.92, an upside potential of 8%.

    Compared to $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$

which is up 135% year todate, Google's share price jump is not as meteoric but it is a less volatile stock.  I prefer slow and steady compared to fast and furious when investing.  That's just my style.  Google is my forever kind of stock as it has lots of exponential growth ahead with AI as one of its growth drivers.

It's Google to the moon! 🚀🚀🚀🌛🌛🌛🌈🌈🌈💰💰💰

Sharing my $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ position. Have been using Autoinvest slowly to lower down my cost price. Hopefully one day the P&L ratio will be able to reach as high as the ratio mentioned in the article.

I bought fractional $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ shares here and and it’s one of my best earners. I bought it mostly for long term growth potential as it seems to be the brand to be driving IF you drive an EV. In Melbourne, I don’t see too many other competitors EVs on the road, but maybe that’s because companies like BYD, Rivian, Li Auto, XPeng, etc. haven’t quite reached their target market here. Does anyone see Tesla’s rivals on the road where you live? Maybe it’s because Teslas are so recognisable? I see a lot of hybrid vehicles in all different makes and models, but not in EVs. And Elon Musk certainly did play a large part in my decision to buy $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ as for the reasons in the above article. If you could drive a mid price range EV today, what would you drive?

If Elon singlehandedly tweets or action can affect the counter, it's better to steer clear of it.
