My stock in focus today is $Alphabet(GOOGL)$ , following news that Apple will partner with Google to integrate Gemini into the next generation of Siri. This move is a strong endorsement of Google’s AI leadership. It also reinforces the view that Gemini is becoming an industry-grade AI platform, not just an in-house tool.

Strategically, the partnership positions Google as a key AI enabler even for rival ecosystems. If Siri is rebuilt around Gemini across on-device, private cloud, and external models, it highlights Gemini’s scalability and commercial readiness. As Wedbush’s Dan Ives noted, this was a “necessary move” for Apple—and a clear win for Google’s AI credibility.

From an investment perspective, this strengthens Alphabet’s long-term AI monetization story. Gaining exposure to Apple’s massive user base could further accelerate Gemini adoption, making it a potential new catalyst for Google’s stock after last year’s AI-driven rally.

am watching [Serious] [Serious] [Serious] Chinese stocks these days... waiting for the right price [Sly] [Sly] [Sly]

The recent surge in Chinese concept stocks, with the NASDAQ Golden Dragon China Index climbing 4.3% on January 12, 2026, was primarily driven by sustained optimism over China's AI advances and expectations of continued policy support.

The future trend appears constructive, supported by domestic liquidity and attractive valuations.

Most expert analyses suggest a positive, though potentially volatile, outlook for Chinese concept stocks in 2026.

🌟🌟🌟Chinese concept stocks have caught a second wind, surging significantly last night.  This is due to a confluence of factors, primarily centered around optimism for AI & chipmaking, supportive government policies & increasing domestic investment inflows.

$Alibaba(BABA)$ led the charge for the major US listed Chinese tech giants, closing up a massive 10%.

Not to be outdone $GIGADEVICE(03986)$ made a grand entrance in Hong Kong & immediately surged over 50%.

It seems that investors have a massive appetite for anything AI related right now, especially when it comes to the "picks and shovels" of the industry.

So the trend is up now but be prepared for volatility.  Compared to the US AI stocks , Chinese stocks are undervalued.

For the bold and brave, it is time to deploy the war chest for exciting opportunities ahead.  My focus is on quality Chinese companies such as Alibaba, which are aligned with China's innovation push.

  • The recent surge in Chinese concept stocks is driven by strong domestic and international factors, suggesting a cautiously optimistic outlook for continued upward trends. However, potential volatility due to profit-taking and the "seesaw effect" with the bond market should be considered.
